Biglift Properties and Development Corporation is a 100% Filipino-owned company involved in site and property development. Established and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission in August 13, 2008, this family-owned corporation began its roots from the humble beginnings of Mr. Danilo C. Malana and his wife, Mrs. Luisa K. Malana. After their foray into the agriculture sector handling contract growing, piggeries, and animal feed distribution, they decided to reinvent their business and enter into the construction industry. Their first involvement in construction began as a trucking company, hauling materials to and from the piers of Subic Bay Freeport Zone. With opportunities fast presenting itself, the couple decided to expand their business by investing in numerous other types of heavy equipment which allowed them to take on bigger projects, the biggest of which were the Shell Malampaya Project and the building of the Hanjin Shipyard.

Today, Biglift Properties and Development Corp. is known as a highly established and reliable company in the field of construction, having since participated in hundreds of projects throughout the Philippines including mining, building of road networks, housing projects, and numerous site developments since its conception.
